The Food Forest Greenhouse is Permaculture Teacher Jerome Osentowski's new book. At 7200 feet elevation in Colorado, he grows tropical fruit year around without much outside energy input. At age 75, he is ready to leave his mountain paradise and reinvent himself. The plan is to create a permaculture sailboat and bring seeds, teachers and technology to islands which now depend on import for their survival - creating self sufficiency and sustainability. Jerome is my new role model!
